Beforepay can only provide Pay On demand™ to transactional bank accounts. Banks have special restrictions on savings accounts so we cannot debit from these accounts.
You can resolve this issue by following these steps:
- Move your salary into a transactional account
- Contact support@beforepay.co and ask our team to remove your existing bank account
- Sign in to the Beforepay app and connect the transactional account (Please note, to get access to your Pay On demand™ we will need to be able to detect 2 pay cycles of salary in the transactions account).
