In order for you to be eligible for our Pay On Demand™ service, one of the requirements is for us to be able to detect at least the last 2 salary payments from your employment.
To do this, our bot looks at all the incoming transactions in your bank statement to determine which transactions relate to your salary.
Sometimes, the bot cannot detect your salary because of a few reasons:
- Your salary frequency is not consistent - e.g. you need to get paid fortnightly, weekly or monthly
- The description of the transaction does not verify that it is your salary
- The amounts you are getting paid each time are not consistent
