No, we do not charge you late fees or interest on any cashed out amount. You will not be able to use our Pay On demand™ service until all outstanding amounts have been repaid.
We simply attempt to deduct any cash we advanced you at a later date when you have enough funds in your account.
We also now offer flexible repayment options as outlined below.
To make an early repayment:
Click 'Repay early' and select the repayment you would like to pay early. You can choose to pay one repayment early or all repayments (those paid monthly cannot have multiple repayment instalments). Please note: To access your Pay On Demand™ earlier you'll need to make the repayment in full (there can't be any outstanding amounts owed to us). You will also need to ensure that your repayments are not pending, ie. we have already debited your account and it's pending.
To delay your repayment to your next pay cycle:
Click 'Delay repayment'. The date will be automatically selected for you in line with your next payday. Please note: You can only delay your repayments once per cash out and it will also move other future payment dates. If you miss a payment you can't delay repayments any more for that cash out and if you get paid monthly you can't delay any repayments.
