Why am I locked out of using your Pay On demand™ service?
There are a number of reasons you could be locked out of using our Pay On demand™ service:
If we recognise that you would be ineligible to use our Pay On demand™ service due to not having enough income or having excess expenses
We do not service your job type or pay schedule
If you have dishonored a repayment, we lock you out of using our Pay On demand™ service until the amount owed is repaid.
Identity verification has not been completed or more info is required
We recognise a name conflict between what you entered in the app and your Bank account name. Please ensure that your legal name is the name you are using in the app
We do not service joint bank accounts
If you did not work enough hours/days yet. This will be unlocked when we recognise that you have worked enough in your current pay cycle
We could not detect your income or your income is not consistent in the last 90 days
You have cashed out the maximum amount you are eligible for in the current pay schedule
