Why am I locked out of using your Pay On demand™ service?
There are a number of reasons you could be locked out of using our Pay On demand™ service:
- If we recognise that you would be ineligible to use our Pay On demand™ service due to not having enough income or having excess expenses
- We do not service your job type or pay schedule
- If you have dishonored a repayment, we lock you out of using our Pay On demand™ service until the amount owed is repaid.
- Identity verification has not been completed or more info is required
- We recognise a name conflict between what you entered in the app and your Bank account name. Please ensure that your legal name is the name you are using in the app
- We do not service joint bank accounts
- If you did not work enough hours/days yet. This will be unlocked when we recognise that you have worked enough in your current pay cycle
- We could not detect your income or your income is not consistent in the last 90 days
- You have cashed out the maximum amount you are eligible for in the current pay schedule
