If you miss a repayment, you will not be able to use our Pay On Demand™ until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Don’t worry - once a payment is missed, we will automatically change the repayment date to your next detected pay date.
We also offer flexible repayment options.
You can choose to ‘Repay early’ or ‘Delay repayment’ in the app. (Note: You can only delay your repayments once per Cash Out.)
Please note it can take up to 2 business days for your bank to settle your repayment with our system.

Tip: Sometimes a failed repayment will appear on your bank statement, but don’t worry, this doesn’t mean you were charged. Your bank will automatically reverse the transaction, however please note this change might take several days to occur.
