If you miss a repayment you will not be able to use the Pay On Demand™ feature until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Once a payment is missed, we will automatically change the repayment date to your next pay date.
Please note: Sometimes a failed repayment will appear in your bank statement, this doesn't mean you were charged and your bank will reverse the transaction but this change might take days to occur. If you have any questions please contact support@beforepay.co
